Texas – 01/May 2015 – Mr. James H. Allen announced today that the Knowledge-First Empowerment
Center has been selected by the City
of Missouri City, Missouri City Texas to
provide educational services to citizens of Missouri City who are high school dropouts, to
seek and obtain their high school diploma.
“From the family bread-winner to those seeking secondary education or
career or technical choices, having a high school diploma is the first step in
one’s path of self-actualization and efficacy”, says Mr. Allen.
In addition to helping citizens
fulfill graduation requirements our program will
expand our community’s tax base by
raising the standard of living of our dropout population, reduce the health costs that we all have to share, reduce the crime rate, reduce the drain on our public assistance
program and increase voter

make a powerful impact on the disadvantaged children and youth of Fort Bend
County.

was selected by the Houston-Galveston Area Council and the Gulf Coast Workforce
Board to provide educational services that will help young people
achieve positive outcomes through the attainment of a high school diploma.
